Shipping and Returns


At, domestic delivery is always free (except orders to Hawaii & Alaska). Shipping rates will be applied for countries outside U.S.A. There are some frames and lenses that may take longer to arrive compared to the estimated number of days for delivery. Our licensed opticians will contact you if there will be some delays in completing your order from us.

Number of Delivery Days (Based on working days):
Single Vision eyewear domestic orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days; orders outside U.S.A. are delivered within 6 to 7 working days or longer.
Progressive eyewear domestic orders are delivered within 6 to 7 working days; orders outside U.S.A. are delivered within 8 to 9 working days or longer.

All customs, charges, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes regulations when the package reaches your country. Nostlgc Eyewear has no control over these custom duties, import charges, and cannot cover its costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE STATEMENT offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear except discounted items. Hence, if you are not happy, we can process it with full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We also offer one year, no-scratch guarantee for our lenses and we will replace your scratched lenses for free within the one-year guarantee period. However, gift card purchases are non refundable.

Take note that refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

1. Return of Goods is Valid if:

Within 30 days upon receipt of the eyewear
Valid reason to return the eyewear:
     - damaged eyewear,
     - eyewear not as advertised,
     - eyewear has some missing parts.

2. Fill up our form for returns

Login to your account
Select the reason for the return
Choose the reimbursement method you want
Read and agree the terms and conditions, and after reviewing all you have filled in, click "Submit"

3. Pack the returned eyewear and ship it back to

Make sure that you have returned the eyewear in the condition that you have received it and everything included in the package that was sent to you.
Bring your returned package to the courier that delivered your eyewear, present return tag form, and be sure that you have the acknowledgement receipt for the return.

4. Wait for the reimbursement

If you selected the refund option, we shall refund you and notify you through email within 2 to 3 business days.
If you opted for a replacement, check your new email confirmation of your replacement through your email and expected delivery date.
